How are students segregated?

We group our students in Blocks according to their year in college i.e. 1st Year Blocks, 2nd Year Blocks and finally 3rd-4th Year Blocks.

How far is it to Mary Immaculate College?

It is approximately 10 to 12 minute walk from City Campus to Mary Immaculate College.

What will I need when checking in?

First of all you must make a check in appointment with a date and time through your Student Portal.  You will need confirmation of your Booking and a passport sized photograph.

Can I park my car in City Campus?

Yes, subject to availability. Cars are parked at own risk and management do not accept any responsibility for cars parked at City Campus. Spaces are on a first-come/first-served basis and you must park your car at a location indicated by any member of staff or security personnel if and when requested to do so.

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring a duvet, pillow, bed sheets, a duvet cover, a pillow cover and towels.

Is insurance for my belongings provided by City Campus?

No, you must take out your own cover for your possessions. We recommend having the family household policy extended to cover the personal effects away from home.

Do I have to leave at Christmas and Easter?

No, the accommodation lasts for the duration of your licence.

How do I book to share with a friend?

If you wish to share an apartment with a friend it is advisable to book sitting next to one another so that you are aware of the apartment that each is booking for.  This is not always guaranteed.

I am eligible for a grant, will the Grant Office pay for my fees directly to City Campus?

No, you must pay for your accommodation directly.

Can I book a room by telephone?

No, Accommodation Applications must be made online through Google Chrome Browser on the City Campus website citycampus.ie

  • You must have a valid email address at time of application.
  • You must have your PPSN / social security number.
  • You must have a debit / credit card for deposit payment.
  • You must have your parent/guarantor’s phone number and e-mail address.
What happens if I pay for accommodation and fail to be offered a place at my chosen college?

In the case where a student fails to be offered a first-round place at chosen college, cancellations must be made in writing via email, or through “contact manager” section of your student portal.  Please refer to our cancellation policy on citycampus.ie

How can I apply?

All Accommodation Applications must be made online through Google Chrome Browser on the City Campus website citycampus.ie

At time of booking:-

  • You must have a valid email address at time of application.
  • You must have your PPSN / social security number
  • You must have a debit / credit card for deposit payment.
  • You must have your parent/guarantor’s phone number and e-mail address

A Deposit of €500 is to be made at the time of booking to secure your accommodation.

        Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card, most major credit cards accepted. Please ensure the personal details entered on the application form are those of the student applicant and not parent/guarantor as these are the contact details used to communicate with you throughout your stay.
